(hereinafter referred to as "Orient Limited") and Zhongke Steel Research Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as " "Steel Research Energy Saving"" signed the "high-quality large-scale artificial sapphire single crystal furnace custom equipment contract." The company's stock will resume trading on July 26, 2016.
It is reported that the contract is marked with high-quality large-size artificial sapphire single crystal furnace custom equipment, the specification model is ARD-85kg, the number is 600, and the total contract (including tax) is 720 million yuan. The contract performance period is 2 years, and the two parties shall proceed to implement the conditions according to the conditions and facilities of the contracting party. It is planned to purchase 300 sets of custom in 2016 and 300 sets of custom in 2017.
The announcement shows that the contract amount includes contract equipment design, manufacturing, pre-shipment inspection, packaging, transportation, installation, commissioning, acceptance and technical information, technical training, technical services and spare parts shipped with the contract. During the installation, acceptance and maintenance of the contract equipment, Orede’s limited expenses for the on-site personnel of the contract and other parties shall be borne by the contracting party. Equipment maintenance is free during the quality assurance period, but the damaged parts are purchased and undertaken by the contracting party itself; the maintenance cost is properly charged after the end of the quality assurance period.
