Shijiazhuang is currently in a period of alternating new city construction and old city reconstruction, and the city's appearance is constantly changing. Although some areas have formed better urban landscape forms, there are fewer lighting carriers with distinctive regional cultural characteristics. Natural carriers such as mountains and rivers are also lacking in the urban area. Urban space and carrier characteristics are not prominent, posing challenges to the planning and design of landscape lighting. Most of the current night lighting construction uses LED hooks, tending to homogenize, abusing LED color and dynamic changes.
Based on the actual situation of Shijiazhuang, in order to ensure the lighting design and construction of nearly 400 buildings in five roads and three squares within half a year within the limited funds, the lighting planning of Shijiazhuang mainly focuses on excavating the city connotation of Shijiazhuang. Conventional lighting techniques and luminaires enhance the overall lighting effect on an existing basis at a lower cost. Expressing Shijiazhuang's urban characteristics through brightness and light color on the street and even on the city scale, without excessive pursuit of the performance of the unique architectural features.
From the perspectives of form beauty, humanities, economy and ecology, we propose a detailed plan for landscape lighting that highlights the city's characteristics and suits the basic conditions of Shijiazhuang.
First, the form of beauty
From the perspective of the entire city, the beautiful night view of the city should be clearly structured and focused. Yuhua Road, Zhongshan Road, Railway Station Square, People's Square and Cultural Square are the first-level lighting areas, which require key lighting. Jianshe Street, Zhonghua Street and Weimin Street are secondary lighting areas.
Second, humanities
The important lighting areas of Shijiazhuang highlight the unique characteristics of Shijiazhuang. The building with similar volume around the railway station uses a uniform color temperature law, rationally arranges the brightness level, and sets the roof color chasing changes at the whole point, reflecting the railway characteristics of Shijiazhuang and the train-like speed. As the welcome avenue of Shijiazhuang, Yuhua Road has become a unique feature of Shijiazhuang through the rhythm of lighting and music and color. Zhongshan Road will also form the commercial center of the city through its strong commercial atmosphere. The Cultural Square is centered on the Hebei Provincial Museum. Through the color temperature changes of architectural lighting, it symbolizes the dialogue between ancient and modern, and reflects the cultural heritage of Hebei Province and Shijiazhuang.
Third, the economy
The lighting of the Zhongshan Road in the commercial street will drive the night economy of Shijiazhuang. At the same time, it is also recommended that architectural lighting be divided into functions, viewing and celebration modes, and different modes can be opened in different periods to enrich the urban night scene, while also saving the use cost and saving energy.
Fourth, ecology
Designed in strict accordance with the upcoming “City Night Lighting Design Codeâ€, the building brightness is reasonably controlled to prevent light pollution to the house. At the same time, in terms of technology use, it is not advisable to turn Shijiazhuang into a new experimental field, but to combine the actual situation of Shijiazhuang and emphasize the innovative use of mature technology.
After the completion of Shijiazhuang landscape lighting planning, under the strong promotion of the Shijiazhuang Night Lighting Management Office, the lamps that met the economic strength of the owners were selected in the later stage, and the construction management was used to obtain good results.
