AMD official confirmed: Trinity APU will be released early next year AMD publicly confirmed at the third quarter financial meeting that the next generation of mainstream A Series Trinity will be released in early 2012, if no accident is the first quarter.

According to a leaked roadmap, Trnity APU will be released in advance to the first quarter of 2012.

AMD also disclosed in its third-quarter financial report that the next-generation GPU Radeon HD 7000 series will ship from the end of this year, but no specific model has been confirmed.
