This paper introduces the exploration and experience of Harbin Huaneng Central Heating Co., Ltd. in the application of variable frequency speed control equipment, and also gives the technical characteristics of Dongfang Hitachi High Voltage Inverter . The comparison of different working conditions shows that the energy saving effect is remarkable after using the high-voltage frequency conversion system, which improves the safety and reliability of the system.
1 Process equipment
As a kind of clean and efficient combustion technology, circulating fluidized bed is widely recognized in the world. It has the characteristics of wide combustion adaptability, high combustion efficiency, low nitrogen oxide emission, large load regulation range and low pollutant emission. It is environmentally friendly. The boiler is a new type of boiler that the country has vigorously promoted. The combustion process is shown in Figure 1.
The fuel is sent to the furnace by the coal feeding system in front of the furnace. The air supply system consists of primary air (blast) and secondary air. The primary air is sent to the furnace from the lower part of the hearth to ensure the fluidization of the material layer. The secondary air is sent to the combustion chamber in multiple stages to increase the oxygen of the furnace. The amount acts as a combustion aid. The burned material becomes some smaller particles and enters the separator along with the flue gas. After the solid gas separation, most of the particles are re-sent to the furnace by the returning device at the lower part of the separator, so that the furnace has a sufficiently high gray scale. To ensure fluidization, the flue gas is extracted by the induced draft fan after being dusted by the electrostatic precipitator.
2 System technical solution analysis
The regulation of circulating fluidized bed boilers is mainly the regulation of the wind coal system. At present, the main method of adjusting the air volume is to change the damper opening degree and the motor speed, and the motor frequency conversion speed regulation is optimal. In the first phase of the project, 5, 6 boilers and 3 large wind turbines, according to the design and design of the design institute, the chopper internal feed speed control system produced by a domestic manufacturer was used. Through the use in 2004 and 2005, many problems were found. For example, the adjustment range is small (3O 5O Hz), the failure rate is high, the harmonics are large, and the speed must be changed to the speed before starting, and the real softness cannot be achieved. Start up and so on. The most serious is because the supporting motor of the system must be a special motor with a slip ring and a carbon brush. The failure rate is high in use and the carbon brush wears seriously. On average, the furnace will be shut down for a slip ring and carbon brush. The heat supply is stable and the daily maintenance of the day brings many problems. In the second phase of the project, in order to solve this problem, we inspected some professional manufacturers and related users. After analysis and comparison, we finally selected 6 high-voltage and high-power inverters produced by Chengdu Dongfang (Hitachi) Electronic Control Equipment Co., Ltd. Control the primary fan (1 250 kW/6 000 V), secondary fan (250 kW/6000V) and induced draft fan (800 kW/6000V) of the 3 and 4 water heaters respectively.
