LED Tech sues Apple products for infringing its LED patents

According to foreign media reports, LED Tech Development LLC recently sued Apple for infringing its patents. There are four patents involved, and there are two Apple devices involved, namely iPad 3 and MacBook Pro. Charles Lemaire, one of the original inventors of the four patents, said that the four companies involved in the patent were Lockheed Martin and Nuance Communications.

LEDTech has formally filed a lawsuit in the Delaware court, claiming that Apple's products use pulse width jumps to the signal to drive the LEDs. They believe that Apple has deliberately infringed patents under the conditions of these patents. The patents involved are patent 6096561, patent 7393119, patent 6808287 and patent 6488390.

In the litigation file, the company detailed four patents involved, but it is not yet sure whether this is enough for them to win the case with Apple. The most primitive assignees of the four patents include PPTVision Inc., inventors Charles Lemaire, Lockheed Martin and Nuance Communications.

FGI`s FGSVG series High Voltage Static Synchronous Compensator adjusts the reactive power output by dynamically tracking the change of grid power quality, realize curve setting operation and improve grid quality. In the distribution network, the installation of small and medium-sized FGI`s high voltage STATCOM in the vicinity of certain special loads (such as electric arc furnaces) can significantly improve the quality of power at the connection point between the load and the public grid.
