Office workers usually work in two ways, computer operation and desk work. The following points should be noted for the luminaires used in the office: 
1) Reflective glare of the luminaire on the computer display
When viewing the computer display, the luminaire reflected on the computer display should not cause reflection glare to reduce the visibility of the display content and reduce visual comfort. Reflecting glare can be reduced by using a light exit face with a diffuser or grille, or with luminaires that use indirect or semi-indirect illumination.
2) The aspect ratio of the luminaire
In order to ensure the uniformity of illumination in the office, the vertical height of the fixture installation and the installation interval between the lamps should be determined according to the height ratio of the lamps. When selecting a luminaire, the appropriate aspect ratio should be determined according to the area of ​​the office and the number of lamps.
3) The light intensity of the lamp under the lamp
Whether the luminaire can reach the designed illuminance value can be estimated according to the light intensity at the point below the luminaire. When the luminaire is arranged according to the height ratio, the illuminance value at the intermediate position between the adjacent two luminaires is close to the illuminance at the lower point of the lamp, and the illuminance under the lamp is the expected level of the indoor average illuminance. The light intensity of the lamp is read from the light distribution curve of the lamp provided by the manufacturer. The illumination at the lower point of the lamp is the intensity of the light at the lower point of the lamp divided by the square of the vertical distance between the center of the light exit surface of the lamp and the desktop.
4) Low luminaire glare level
When there is luminaire brightness curve data, you can verify the level of direct glare in the indoor lighting environment used in the design. For example, when an office worker observes the front of the room, the degree to which the luminaire on the ceiling or above of the device is incident on the eye causes glare to be judged by the brightness limit curve of the luminaire. The figure below shows the brightness limit curve of a certain classroom light. When the illumination used is 500 lx, the minimum glare level is 1.15.

5) The color rendering index of the luminaire should not be lower than 80.
