IMAX said it is currently working with Hollywood studios and game developers to develop exclusive content for the virtual reality center and will use the StarAB virtual reality headset, which was jointly created by Acer and Starbreeze AB. It is reported that this virtual reality experience center will adopt a modular design and be divided into a number of different “function areasâ€. Visitors and experiencers can experience the fun brought about by virtual reality together with friends.
IMAX has previously launched its first virtual reality experience center in Los Angeles. In the next few months, it will gradually launch more experience centers in China, Japan, the United States, the Middle East, and Western Europe.
