This Bluetooth speaker looks like a cloud and can really "gone up"

The Verge Chinese Station reported on October 12

Two years ago, Richard Clarkson developed the Smart Cloud, a realistic-looking cloud-like lighting fixture/speaker. This design is intended to reproduce scenes of lightning and thunder and can also be used as normal lighting fixtures and Bluetooth speakers.

However, the problem with the Smart Cloud is that it must be hung from the ropes that hang down from the roof, completely destroying the mood of floating clouds that can play music in the room. Clarkson introduced a new project, Making Weather this year, which integrates Smart Cloud and Creelev's magnetic levitation technology to solve the problem that clouds in Smart Cloud will not float.

Users can already purchase Smart Cloud - up to 3,360 US dollars (about 22,599 yuan). Although the information for Morning Weather release has not been disclosed, its price may be quite high.

Although not yet complete, the first prototype of Weather Weather has come out: medium-sized clouds float above a reflective oval base. Magnetic components are embedded in the base and the clouds to allow the clouds to float above the base 1-2 inches (2.5-5 cm). Although the base itself must be plugged into the power supply, the cloud itself is powered by a lithium-ion battery, making the cloud completely wireless, floating in the air without any help. The horizontal rotation of the cloud and the small vertical swing allow Making Weather to reproduce the atmospheric scene more realistically. Similar to Smart Cloud, Weather Weather also has Bluetooth speakers and LED lights. (Author: Chaim Gartenberg compile: Oncidium)
