From the date of notification to June 1, 2009, the applicant may voluntarily choose to apply for certification according to GB15934-2008 standard (hereinafter referred to as the new standard) or GB15934-1996 "wire assembly" standard (hereinafter referred to as the old standard); From June 1, 2009, certification should be implemented using the new version of the standard.
2. For products that have obtained compulsory certification according to the old standard, the holder of the old standard certification certificate shall submit an application for conversion of the new version of the standard certification certificate to the designated certification body after the implementation of the new version of the standard and the next follow-up inspection. After the new version of the standard certification certificate. The conversion of the old version of the standard certificate shall be completed by June 1, 2010. If the certificate of the conversion is not completed within the time limit, the certification body shall suspend it; if the certificate conversion work has not been completed before September 1, 2010, the certification body shall cancel the old standard. For “interconnected wire assembly†products that have obtained compulsory certification according to the original applicable standards, the holder of the original applicable standard certification certificate shall submit a new version of the standard certification certificate to the designated certification body after the implementation of the new version of the standard and before the next follow-up inspection. The application and acceptance of the whole project test carried out by the laboratory according to the new version of the standard, after the qualification, the new version of the standard certification certificate. The conversion of the original applicable standard certification certificate shall be completed before June 1, 2010. 4. Since the new version of the standard only stipulates the wire assembly in the form of “one for oneâ€, the wire assembly of the “one to two†form in the old version of the standard has been removed from the standard, and the national standards corresponding to the products have been included in the relevant standards. The formulation and revision of the national standards is underway. After research, it was decided that the “one-for-two†wire assembly was suspended from accepting compulsory product certification, and the relevant certification and law enforcement work requirements were to be notified after the implementation of the corresponding national standards.
5. For products that have obtained CCC certification in the form of “Conversion of Original Electrical Product Safety Certification (CCEE) to CCC Certificateâ€, if a complete and valid CCC type test report cannot be provided, the full-scale type test shall be carried out in accordance with the new standard.
6. For certificated products that have been manufactured before the market on June 1, 2009 and are no longer produced, no certificate conversion is required.
7. All relevant designated laboratories shall report to the Commission before May 31, 2009 the testing capability according to the new edition standards, and report and confirm the qualifications of the laboratory qualifications as soon as possible.
