Guodu Hydropower Station is located in Changdu County, Tibet Autonomous Region, and is the second step of the Zhaqu Plan. The above-mentioned control site area of ​​the dam is 33,470 square kilometers. The average annual flow of the dam site is 303 cubic meters per second, and the average annual runoff is 9.57 billion cubic meters. The power station is dominated by power generation. The reservoir has a normal water level of 3,418 meters and a dead water level of 3,413 meters. The normal water storage capacity is 79.59 million cubic meters, and the storage capacity is adjusted to 17.46 million cubic meters. The capacity of the power plant is adjusted to 4 weeks. The total installed capacity of the power station is 45,000 KW, and the output is 32.8 megawatts. The annual power generation is 836.3 million kWh.
