Germany
It will continue to promote the development of the photovoltaic industry as the most important market. In 2007, the number of grid-connected installations exceeded 1000 MW (1100 MW), and the cumulative installed capacity of grid-connected products reached 3,800 MW at the end of the year. The Federal Cabinet’s experience report on renewable energy law passed in November last year put forward a significant adjustment to the PV grid-connected electricity price based on the affirmation of the grid-connected electricity price method, and raised the current annual rate of 5% tariff from the proposed rate. In 2009, 9%, then fell to 7%, then rose back to 8%, and may impose a ceiling on the total installed capacity. Whether the renewable energy law of 2008 will adopt this percentage will be subject to the draft amendments after the summer. The objection is that the discontinuity of this policy will have a fatal effect on the developing photovoltaic industry.
Spain
The renewable energy law introduced in May last year made Spain become another important city after the development of solar photovoltaic industry in Germany. It is only five months. The installed capacity of the grid connection system in the Spanish market has reached the top line prescribed by this law. That is, the total target of photovoltaic installation is 400 MW 3/4. According to the regulations, there is still a one-year grace period after arriving at this ridge. During this year, the system that can be installed and connected to the grid can continue to get the existing grid-connected price. . The government intends to invest 500 million euros in renewable energy between 2005 and 2010. This budget will be used only in 2008, and the goal of photovoltaic power generation will be exceeded in 2008. As the policy cost budget is out of control, the government intends to adjust the grid price downwards.
France
In 2007, 11.5 MW was installed. Compared with the two emerging markets of Spain and Italy, France is still in its infancy. According to the French Environment and Energy Agency, since the entry into force of the grid-connected law in 2006, there have been 30 megawatts of local project applications and 20 megawatts of overseas territorial project applications by the end of 2007.
