Abstract: This article describes the application of LED panel lights, a new type of LED lighting fixtures, in metro lighting. The feasibility of its application was analyzed, and the design of the station hall of the subway station was studied by using the lighting design software DIALux. The research results show that the application of LED panel light in subway lighting has good energy saving and beautifying effects.

1 Introduction
In 1996, the State Economic and Trade Commission issued the "China Green Lighting Project Implementation Plan", which clearly proposed to establish a lighting environment that is high-quality, efficient, economical, comfortable, safe, and environmentally friendly, improves people's quality of life, improves work efficiency, and protects people's physical and mental health. To meet the growing demand for lighting quality, lighting environment and environmental pollution in all sectors of the national economy and the people. Nowadays, semiconductor lighting methods using light-emitting diodes (LEDs) as light sources have become recognized as the fourth generation of green lighting sources due to their energy saving, environmental protection and long life. LED lighting is in a period of rapid development, and its application is infiltrated in the fields of auxiliary lighting, main lighting, and special lighting. Major multinational companies have also sniffed out business opportunities in this area, such as OSRAM, Philips, and General Electric, all of which have launched their own LED lighting products. When LED products spread around the world, there are reports that China is the largest market for LED lighting [1].

Due to the small size of the LED, the flexibility of the design of the luminaire is large, and it is possible to design and manufacture lamps of different shapes and specifications. In this paper, a flat panel lamp made of surface mount (SMD) LED is taken as an example to discuss its research scheme and effect when used as the main lighting fixture in subway lighting.

2 Feasibility analysis of LED panel light used in subway lighting
The energy-saving characteristics of LEDs stem from their high luminous efficiency. In 2009, Nakamura Shuji, known as the father of Blu-ray, has obtained 150 lm/W of laboratory results at 20 mA, while Lumileds has achieved 132 lm/W of light efficiency at 350 mA [2]. The continuous improvement of luminous efficiency is due to the rapid development of chip manufacturing level and packaging technology. It can be seen from Fig. 1 that the LED light effect is second only to the low-pressure sodium lamp, but the low-pressure sodium lamp has the defects in color rendering index, color temperature range and life, which makes LED become the first choice for illumination source. At present, the surface efficacy of commercial surface mount LEDs can reach 110lm/W, and some manufacturers claim that their high-power LED light effects for road lighting have reached 130lm/W. It can be seen that although the luminous efficiency of white LEDs has not reached the limit value of 220 lm/W of its theoretical value, it can completely replace the lighting lamps such as incandescent lamps, tungsten halogen lamps and ordinary fluorescent lamps in terms of its current luminous efficacy level [3]. .

As a new type of light source, LED has its own characteristics. LED is an electric light source, and has directionality. How to make good use of these two characteristics of LED is the key to the optical design of the luminaire. Through the design of LED dot matrix and secondary optics design, LED lamps can achieve an ideal light distribution curve [4]. With good optical design, LED lighting fixtures can be applied to public lighting areas such as subways and platforms. It is feasible to apply LEDs to lighting in public places. The key is the choice of materials, the design of lamps and the resolution of light decay [5].

The use of a flat mirror reflection system or light guide technology not only greatly saves the number of LED light sources, but also reduces the volume and makes ultra-thin lamps [6]. The research scheme of this paper is to use the flat panel lamp made by Shenzhen Green Semiconductor Lighting as the illumination source, and to design and research one station in the subway line of a southern city as the lighting place. The design and manufacture of flat lamps is based on light guide technology and made of ultra-thin lamps. The light source of the flat panel lamp is a chip of Taiwan Jingyuan Optoelectronics, which is packaged by Shenzhen Ruifeng Optoelectronics. The flat panel lamp manufactured by the light guide technology has the characteristics of high brightness, low power consumption, uniform illumination, no glare, ultra-thin, and variable specifications.

The high-light transmittance light guide plate is used as the light guide material to ensure the high uniformity and low light loss. The side of the flat lamp is made of 6063 aluminum alloy as the frame to ensure the sturdiness of the lamp. At the same time, it is beneficial for SMD-LED to quickly dissipate heat to the surrounding environment, which reduces the junction temperature of the LED, thus prolonging the service life of the lamp; the whole lamp seal design, dust will not be scattered inside the lamp, avoiding frequent cleaning. Increase maintenance costs. In addition, the LED light source used in the panel lamp has vibration-resistant characteristics, ensuring that the lamp is not damaged by external vibration in the subway or platform.

Metro lighting systems include work lighting, power saving lighting, accident lighting, advertising lighting, security lighting and station-oriented lighting. The work lighting of the station and station hall accounts for about 2/3 of the lighting in the public area, and the power-saving lighting accounts for about 1/3 [7]. White LED lighting fixtures have high energy-saving characteristics. Therefore, the application of LED panel lights in the subway lighting system as the main illumination source of the station hall is of great significance for energy conservation and emission reduction and the construction of “low carbon economy”. In this paper, a station in a subway project in a southern city is used as a lighting object, and the LED panel light produced by Shenzhen Green Semiconductor Lighting is used for design research.

4 Design research program
4.1 Project Overview
1 station The starting point mileage of this station: YDK10+848.700~YDK11+101.200. The underground station is:

2) The underground three floors and the third floor are the platform of the No. 15 line, and the interface conditions for the future No. 15 line station are reserved.

2 station scale
1) Station area This station is a 15m underground platform station with three floors. The total construction area of ​​the station is 21899.1m2, of which: the main building area of ​​the station is 18390.9m2; the building area of ​​the station is 3508.2m2; the building area of ​​the station hall is 9012m. 2; the floor area of ​​the platform is 9012m2; the underground three-storey building area is 366.9m 2.

2) The platform form and width platform are island platforms with a width of 10.0m.

3) The total length of the station outsourcing size station is 504.4m (excluding the envelope structure), and the total length of the station standard section is 18.9m.

4) The buried depth of the centerline of the effective platform of the station is 14.830m (absolute elevation - 10.620m), and the bottom of the effective platform centerline is 15.540m.

4.2 Panel Lights The LED panel lamps used in this station are 200mm*1200mm cold white light panel lamps with side illumination and 300mm*1200mm cold white panel lamps with direct illumination.

The parameters of the panel lamps used in this design study are shown in the table below.

The LED platform light is used to illuminate the platform and the hall. Due to the special structure of the flat lamp, the flat lamp can be spliced ​​into a special shape as needed. In this study, LGI-0306WDA-Q flat panel lamps were used for splicing and combined into 300 wide-shaped flat panel lamps to meet the tendering requirements.

4.3 Program

2. Number and type of lamps:

The main lighting devices of the station hall and platform are 300*1200mm type, 200*1200mm type lamps and 300mm wide special type lamps. In the station hall, the 300mm wide LGI-0306WDA-Q type flat lamp is used for splicing to achieve the "8" shaped special-shaped lamp arrangement in the bidding requirements. In the green light panel lamp of Shenzhen, according to the light-emitting method, it can be divided into two types: side light and straight light. The brightness of the direct illumination type is much higher than that of the side illumination type. Therefore, in the arrangement of the luminaires in the station hall, we selected the direct-illuminated flat-panel lamps with high illuminance as the main lighting fixtures to ensure that the station hall has a high illuminance to meet the requirements of the "Railway Lighting Standards". Illuminance requirements of illuminance not less than 150lx [8]. On the platform, the combination of side illumination and direct illumination can meet the illumination requirements. The model and number of LED panel lamps used in this research protocol are shown in the table below.

3. Arrangement of lamps
According to the bidding requirements of this station, the 384m shaped flat panel light is spliced ​​using the 300mm wide LGI-0306WDA-Q flat panel light in the station hall. The arrangement style is shown in Figure 4. In other areas of the hall, LGI-Z0312WDA-D is used for lighting. According to the bidding requirements, 107 sets of lamps are used. The total power of the luminaires used in this hall is 14340W.

In order to obtain the effect of lighting with these two flat lamps, the lighting design software DIALux was used to calculate the lighting effect. Models are built in DIALux according to the installation location of the fixtures provided in the tendering requirements. In the calculation process, the installation space height is 3.96m, the installation height is 3.00m, the maintenance factor is 0.7, and the working surface height is 0.85m. The lighting area of ​​the station hall is 2031.37m2, and the lighting power density is 7.06W/m2.

On the platform of the station, 94 sets of LGI-Z0312WDA-D and 226 sets of LGI-C0212WDA-Q were used for illumination. The total power of the station using the luminaire is 12939.8w. The arrangement of the lamps is shown in Figure 5. The lighting design software DIALux is also used for the calculation of the lighting effect. In this calculation, the space height is set to 3.96m, the maintenance factor is 0.8, and the working surface height is 0.85m. The total illumination area of ​​this station is 1200.40m2, and the lighting power density is 10.78W/m2.

5 Conclusion
The lighting devices of Shenzhen Metro Line 2 will all use LED integrated energy-saving lighting, which is a pioneering work in rail transit lighting. This paper designs and researches the application of Shenzhen green lighting LED panel light during the bidding process. Through research, the calculated results show that it is completely feasible to apply LED panel lights to rail transit lighting. And because of the high efficiency and long life of LED lamps, it will bring better economic benefits when using LED lighting devices on a large scale. Through this practice, I believe that LED panel lights will be used more and more in this kind of engineering. This is of great significance for saving energy and reducing emissions, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and building a low-carbon economy.
