At present, the alliance has 53 member units and 27 governing units; Assistant to the Institute of Semiconductors of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, deputy director of the Semiconductor Lighting R&D Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Wang Guohong, general manager of Yangzhou Zhongke Semiconductor Co., Ltd., was elected as the chairman; Yangzhou New Light Source Technology Development Shi Yixiang, chairman of the board of directors of the company and deputy director of the Yangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee, was elected as the vice chairman. There are 20 members of the technical committee.
